Nestor Matos- Owner

Nestor started his career in the window treatment industry 17 years ago as an installer for Blinds 4 Less. Since then he has worked in every aspect of the trade. He purchased the company in 2014 with his wife Desiree.
With a bachelor's degree from Purdue University in Interior Design, Nestor enjoys making and repairing stained glass and other home accents.
Desiree Lara- Owner

Desiree has worked for Blinds 4 Less since 2013. She managed the store front for four years before becoming the Manufacturer Liaison. In 2014 she purchased the company with her husband Nestor.
Desiree has an Interior Design degree from the University of Puerto Rico. She spends her free time in her garden and with her grandkids.

Peter Gonzalez- Design Consultant

Peter joined our crew at the end of January and is a Certified Hunter Douglas Designer. After learning the details of window treatments from Nestor, he has begun his journey as a Blinds 4 Less consultant.
He spends all of his free time spoiling his daughter. With a background in cars, he hopes to instill the same passion in her as she grows.
Joshua Molina-Installation Expert

Josh began his window treatment career in 2021. He has learned directly from Nestor since he was hired. Currently, he is completing his Hunter Douglas Certification as an Installer.
In his free time, Josh enjoys working on digital design. He also spends time with his dog.
Rowan Sockol- Finance Manager

Rowan has been working for Blinds 4 Less since 2016 and became a full time team member in 2019. Prior to joining us Rowan served in the US Marine Corps.
He is currently finishing his CPA degree. When Rowan is not working he enjoys spending time reading with his daughter.
Amanda Matos-Sockol- In-Store Consultant

Amanda has been a seasonal employee for Blinds 4 Less for over 10 years. She has worked in all parts of the company including installations and sales. Amanda is a Norman Certified Sales Representative and Hunter Douglas Consultant.
Since completing her associate's degree at Southern Maine Community College Amanda has become a full-time employee. On her days off she spends time with family and working on fish tanks.
