Exterior Shades

This project included 3 motorized exterior roller shades with a zipper system. The largest shade was just over 265"! All three shades are connected to a wind sensor that lifts the shades if the owner is not home so that they don't get damaged on windy days. We are very proud of our installation team and the hard work that went it making this project a reality!

Pleated Shades

For this home, we installed all Graber pleated shades with a privacy liner. On the slider (video to the left) you can see the sheer front and privacy liner on the back.

Enclosed Lanai Roller Shades

For this project, the client wanted roller shades that offered privacy when down. They selected a fabric that complimented both the flooring and the wall color. Each opening was then topped off with a 3.5" valance.

Norman Shutters

These custom Norman shutters feature 4 sided framing and a front tilt bar. On the shorter windows, the customer decided to skip the divider rail.
